    Below are details and participation rules for the Third ZJNU English Debate Tournament. Please read them carefully before signing up.

同学们好，在报名之前请认真阅读下列比赛安排和比赛规则。

I. Tournament Information                                                                

  The Tournament will be held on June.13, 2015. The first round will begin at 7:30 am and last until four rounds have been completed. The Tournament will be held in Buildings #22 and 23. On that day we will have 4 rounds that will each take 2 hours. The Tournament is limited to 40 teams to compete with each other, for a total of 80 students. We will place teams who register after the first 40 on a “waiting list,” in case of cancellations. Anyone is welcome to come watch any debate.

    比赛将于2015年6月13日举行。所有队伍都需要参加前三场辩论，成功进入决赛的4支队伍将进行第四场辩论角逐冠军（具体时间安排附后）。本次比赛只接受80名辩手，即40支队伍，名额有限，先到先得。

II. Participation rules 

 If you would like to join us, please read the rules below.

 1. You and your colleague must register as a team, IN A PAIR.

 2. Your Registration Email must be received at ZJNUBP2015@126.com before 8:00 pm on May 24, 2015. It must include both team members’ Chinese and English names, and your phone numbers. Any missing information will cause failed registration. The registration form is in the attachment.

3. The Tournament is limited to 40 teams, on a first-come, first-served basis. Teams registering after the first 40 teams, or after the deadline, will be put on a waiting list.

 4. After we accept your registration form and your fees, we will send a team code to both of your phones; those who are on the waiting list will also be informed.

报名须知：

1. 我们只接受队伍报名，不接受单人报名。

2. 请将附件中的报名表填写后在5月24日晚上8点之前发送到我们的邮箱ZJNUBP2015@126.com。报名时请填写两位队员的中文名和英文名，以及相应的联系方式，报名表中若有信息缺失会导致报名失败。

3. 超出名额的报名队伍我们会将其放入等待名单，可在比赛时作为替补上场或观摩比赛。

4. 在成功报名后我们会将你的队伍编号发送到两位队伍成员的手机，请牢记你们的队伍编号。进入等待名单的队伍也会收到相应的通知。

 There are some more rules for participation.

 1. If your colleague can't make the Tournament, please find another partner and text Justice 18329028837/ 658837 before June 13.

 2. Once you register, you must finish the first three rounds. The fourth round will be the final round for the eight teams who performed best in the first three rounds. Failure to participate in any round may result in disqualification from future Tournaments.

 3. Participants should follow all other rules stated by the Tournament hosts.

2. 所有参赛队伍都需要完成前三轮比赛，不可缺失。若无故退赛将进入我们的黑名单。

3. 参赛者需要遵守举办方提出的其他规定。

III. Resources

 1. On May 12, at 6:30 p.m., Ms. Zhu Lingjia will deliver an introduction to English British Parliament debate in the Lecture Hall in Building 22. Anyone is welcome to attend.

为了提高同学们对英国议会制英语辩论赛的理解，我们将于5月12日晚上6:30 在外院报告厅邀请朱玲佳老师为我们做题为《英国议会制辩论赛制ABC》（入门级）的讲座。请同学们积极参与。

On June.2, at 6:30 pm, Mr. Les Lauber will continue to provide more insights into English British Parliament Debate in the Lecture Hall in Building 22. Please come and join us.

6月2日晚6：30分， 资深裁判Les Lauber老师将在22幢报告厅给我们带来更为深入详细的关于英语辩论的讲解（提高班），请同学们积极参与。

 2. We hold weekly practices, attended by both experienced debaters and judges. Anyone is welcome to attend.  

我们每周都会进行英语辩论的练习赛，经验丰富的辩手和将在比赛中出场的裁判都会在练习赛中出现。想要练习或观摩的同学请加入下方的QQ群与我们联系，具体时间安排请看群内通知。
